The staff at the hotel was fantastic, they were friendly, helpful and always there to assist with any requests. The location was spot on - close to everything, malls, and whatnot, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast spread was delicious, varied, and kept me full for the day. 🌞 Although the AC couldn't be adjusted properly, it was a minor glitch in an otherwise great stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel by the shopping mall. the spa facilities were top-notch. LOVED the birthday cake surprise in the room! Definitely coming back. Photos don't do justice to the beautiful pool with a view.

The room was awesome, with a comfy King Bed and super fast Wi-Fi, perfect for chilling and watching movies. The smart board room was great for group hangouts, with its top-notch tech. The breakfast options were totally amazing, making mornings super easy.

I wished the bath tub was in all rooms, but that's just me!

the room was comfortable with a very big bed and the hotel had a pool at the top. the buffet breakfast was delicious and there was a shopping mall with a supermarket nearby. the hotel staff, especially Sana at the reception, were very helpful and friendly. it was a newly opened hotel with all the facilities and amenities in great condition. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai.

I was immensely impressed by the meaning of true relaxation I experienced at the hotel's spa. The serene ambiance and rejuvenating treatments provided the perfect escape from my busy schedule. Additionally, the open-air pool deck at the S hotel offered a refreshing relief from Dubai's buzzing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel's range of facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, fitness centre, and restaurant.

The only thing I found to be a disadvantage was the location.

Lively Fuss Ball Games: The hotel's cozy atmosphere made me want to stay longer and savor every hour. The energetic vibe and friendly staff created a warm and welcoming experience for guests. It felt like being at a lively sports bar and hanging out with friends.

Faulty Wi-Fi connectivity

The impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional hospitality of the staff truly made my stay unforgettable. One area for improvement could be adding more variety to the breakfast menu for long-staying guests.

I chose this hotel for attending a business appointment because it is in close proximity to the city's most buzzing business establishments, bank streets, and popular entertainment centers and malls. The conference halls are designed to offer different spaces depending on your needs for the meeting rooms, which was very convenient for my work.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of alcoholic beverages and cocktails at the hotel's bar/restaurant, which would have been helpful for networking and meetings.

We partied hard at Elements Halal Sports Bar and had a blast with the competitive game nights and private lounges for our squad. The hotel's location was perfect for hitting the town and the pool was a vibe!

One aspect that needs improvement is the gym facility, which was not well-maintained and lacked essential equipment such as mats for exercising.

The pool offers a comfortable temperature and safe depths for children. The friendly staff, particularly Mr. Pavitra, went above and beyond in accommodating our needs during a comfortable stay. The highlight was the spacious and cozy bed, complemented by reliable and strong WiFi.

Moreover, we were impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel, as our room was always clean and comfortable. The lack of ironing facilities in the rooms. Despite requesting an iron on multiple occasions, it took ages for them to be provided, and when they did arrive, some were broken and dirty.
